Roy Bocchieri

Roy Bocchieri has been working exclusively in acoustical engineering for more than 15 years. Prior to founding Acoustispace, he headed the Chicago area office of a leading Audio-Visual firm, where he designed many corporate conference systems, recording facilities, and live venue systems.
It was the difficulty in controlling sound in conference rooms where Roy realized the need for a specialist in acoustical consultation, design, and installation.
He has applied his expertise in acoustics and speech privacy to a range of project types involving HIPAA compliancy, building sound isolation, room acoustics, industrial noise control, residential noise control, and prediction of workplace noise impact.
Roy has consulted on over 250 midwestern projects needing acoustical design and/or solutions installed. His work has encompassed government facilities, university buildings, K-12 schools, corporate offices, houses of worship, courthouses, hotel and residential buildings, hospitals, performing arts and recording spaces, museums, and industrial facilities.
He is also a music composer/producer with many of his productions actively being used in many national and regional network TV shows and ads.
